Welcome to the Vintage Hills PTA!

The Vintage Hills PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is made up of dedicated parents and staff who generously give their time, talents and treasure to our school community. It is the goal of the PTA to enhance our student's educational experience by sponsoring and providing numerous academic and social programs.

The Vintage Hills PTA is proud to partner with our children's teachers and administrators to enrich school curriculum whenever possible. Please consider getting involved as an active member. We hold general meetings four times a year to discuss and approve plans, activities, and make financial decisions. All PTA and non-PTA members are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our Vintage Hills students.

Our goal is to build a school community in which we all develop as responsible, respectful, caring citizens, inspired by a love of learning.

PTA President

As another school year draws to an end, I would like to express our thanks and appreciation to the countless volunteers who helped make this year another great year for all our students and teachers. Whether you helped in the classroom, drove on a field trip, worked at PTA events or took projects home, your help and time is very much appreciated. Thank You!!!

As a token of our appreciation we would like to invite you to a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast on June 1st. See below for details. Please join us!

Also on June 1st, we will have a ceremonial ribbon cutting for our Legacy Patio and the 5th Grade Legacy Bench. Please join us on the patio after 8:15 drop-off on June 1st.

Wishing everyone a great summer!!

Marie Stapleton
VHPTA President

  2017–18 VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE FORM

For your convenience, the 2017-18 Volunteer Clearance Form is now available online.
The volunteer clearance form has to be completed every year in order for the parent/guardian to be cleared to work in the classrooms, help at school wide events, and even to chaperone at field trips. Each family member must fill out a volunteer clearance form separately.

It will take a few weeks to process the form. Therefore, the sooner you can submit your clearance form, the better. Thank you for helping out at Vintage Hills Elementary School!

PPIE
Every year, PPIE has two major funding campaigns - at school registration in August and a Spring Push - to raise funds for school site staffing that impacts the classroom experience for our children. This Spring, PPIE is providing another opportunity to donate funds for use in the coming school year, particularly for those who were unable to donate earlier in the year. For this campaign, families are asked to donate $100 of which 100% will go to the following: 2 EXTRA 'classified staff' hours per day at each elementary and middle school. Funds from the Spring Push will be added to existing PPIE funds and from PPIE's Run for Education to fund either 2 extra hours of a Library Assistant (to keep our libraries open longer) or a Site Tech Specialist (to keep our technology running effectively for teachers and students). Each school will select the position that bests suits the school.  Please visit www.ppie.org/donate to learn more and to consider a donation by May 5 for use in the coming school year. Thank you for your support in creating a great school experience for our students!
